Finding a tenant takes preparation, consistent follow-up, and a documented screening process. Smart Start is designed for owners who want assistance with the leasing stage but are comfortable collecting rent, managing repairs, and communicating with residents afterward.<\/p>\n\n\n

The tenant-placement fee is 75% of one month\u2019s rent. At a $2,000 monthly rent, that equals $1,500. The written agreement determines when the fee is earned and payable and any additional services or costs.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n
