What does the percentage mean?
Smart Start’s placement fee is 75% of one month’s rent. For example, at $2,000 monthly rent, the placement fee is $1,500. Complete’s monthly management fee is 8.5%; on a $2,000 fee base, that is $170. Your agreement defines the fee base, when fees are due, and any other applicable charges.
